Yin Yoga & Circular Breathing
In this class we combine Yin yoga with dynamic circular breathing.
In Yin yoga a posture is held for 3-7 minutes, which has a positive effect on organs, immune system, muscles and joints. The attention drops from mind into the body. From all the ideas about oneself to the experience of just Being, 'I Am'.
After some Yin we breath deeply. Circular breathing is a dynamic and intense breathing technique that helps to release stress and tension from our bodies. We will breath through the mouth in a connected way for a few minutes for at least 2 rounds, gaining a lot of life-energy through a full in-breath and releasing tension through a relaxed out-breath.
Besides the physical and emotional benefits it becomes also really clear what our deeper Essence is. You are not a person you are Presence. Therefor after the Yin and breathing we will finish the class with seated meditation, consciously being Presence.
